An astonishing array of pickles and preserves grew out of this weekend - with cooking from Kurdistan, Malaysia, Sudan, Stroud, Brimscombe and Bristol! Where there is a kitchenful of talented, taste-discerning women, there will be plenty of delicious food and conversation. The Hill House pickle and recipe book has begun.
