Hill House has been in the Brooke/Beatty family since 1936, and has been well cared for over the years. Hill House estate – comprising the house and gardens – is now held in a family trust.

Hill House is situated in a delightful Cotswold village on the edge of Minchinhampton Common.
There are five double, twin or triple bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 comfortable reception rooms, a spacious dining room, a well-equipped modern kitchen, and a large garden. At present, unfortunately, the house does not easily lend itself to wheelchair access. It is also not suitable for groups of young children. To see pictures of the house and garden click here.

Beautiful Cotswold walks outside the door take you across Minchinhampton Common, famous for its cowslips in Spring and cows in summer, or into the wild garlic-filled woods down the hill below the house.
