Gardening Weekend – Spring Bank Holiday 2019

May:  a wonderful month a garden!    Sunny, not too hot, everything green and growing.   Birds singing and busy nest building.   About 30 friends  joined the gardening gang at some point over the weekend.  Pruning, digging, weeding, planting, staking, composting, tidying, clearing, mowing

and the garden was transformed in a few hours.

There was plenty of time for plenty of eating, chatting and playing with the baby.

And walks round the village

Rounded off on Saturday evening with a bonfire, barbecue and song.
